The Action News Troubleshooters have heard from dozens of homeowners who said their contractors left them without finishing the work or didn’t return their calls. One such contractor is Juan Rodriguez of DSV Construction. He’s facing multiple complaints and now the attorney general’s office has deactivated his license.
